Designed to reduce cold bridging, these high-performance rigid insulation boards help keep your garden room warm in winter and cool in summer while maintaining maximum internal space.

🏠 Premium EPDM Rubber Roofing – Our garden rooms are finished with a high-performance SkyGuard EPDM rubber roof system, designed to provide exceptional long-term durability and weather protection. 

🚚 Delivery Information

• Lead Time: 6-8 weeks from order confirmation subject to workload.
• Delivery Cost: Approx. 95p per mile round trip from LL65 2SZ (Contact us for an exact quote) to roadside.
• Positioning: If the room can be wheeled into the final location, we can do this for a small additional fee, depending on accessibility.
• Crane Hire: If wheeling the room is not possible, use of our partnered HIAB crane firm may be required. Estimated cost: £350 (varies by location).

• 50% deposit required upon ordering, with the balance due 3 weeks before delivery
