Three ways to receive your pod

Collect from Anglesey — free

Pick your pod up directly from our Holyhead workshop at no delivery charge.

Wheeled delivery

Our team delivers by flatbed trailer, rolls the pod into position on a wheeled base, and leaves it sitting neatly in place. Needs a clear path with 15cm clearance either side.

HIAB crane lift

Where wheeled access isn't possible we'll help arrange a local crane company to lift your pod from the roadside — typically around £350 depending on location.

Frequently asked questions

A level, firm, compact base — concrete slab, paving slabs or compacted gravel. A stable, flat surface ensures the door and windows align perfectly from day one.
In most cases around 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation, depending on current order capacity. We'll keep you updated throughout the build and give plenty of notice ahead of delivery day.
Yes — mainland England, Scotland and Wales. For remote or island locations, extra logistics may be needed; get in touch and we'll discuss options.
A clear, unobstructed path from the roadside with at least 15cm clearance either side of the pod along the whole route. Wheels can't roll over steps higher than 25mm, and grass routes need boards laid down. If in doubt, the HIAB option may fit better.
Yes — with wheeled delivery, our team manoeuvres the pod into your chosen position, provided there's a clear path from the roadside.
In most UK gardens, no — pods under 2.5m generally fall within permitted development rights. We'll advise on your situation before you order.
