Delivery FAQs

Everything you need to know about getting your pod delivered, and a calculator to estimate the cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

You have three delivery options to choose from. First, you're welcome to collect directly from our warehouse on Anglesey at no delivery charge. Second, our partnered delivery team can deliver your pod via flatbed trailer — they will place it onto a wheeled base, carefully roll it into position on your property, and then remove the base, leaving your pod sitting neatly on the ground. Third, if wheeled access isn't possible, we can help source a local HIAB crane company to lift your pod from the roadside directly into your chosen spot.

Your pod needs a level, firm, and compact base to sit on. Suitable options include a concrete slab, paving slabs, or compacted gravel. The key is that the surface is stable and flat — this ensures your pod sits correctly and the door and windows align perfectly from day one.

Once your order is confirmed, we'll provide you with an estimated delivery date. In most cases this is around 8 to 12 weeks, though lead times can vary depending on our current order capacity. We'll keep you updated throughout the build and give you plenty of notice ahead of your delivery day.

Yes — we deliver to mainland England, Scotland, and Wales. For some remote or island locations, additional logistics may be required and we'd discuss options with you individually. Please get in touch if you're unsure about your area.

For wheeled delivery, we need a clear, unobstructed path from the roadside to where your pod will be positioned. Please ensure there is a minimum clearance of 15cm on either side of the pod along the entire route. If this isn't possible, our HIAB crane option may be the better fit — just get in touch and we can advise.

Yes — with wheeled delivery, our partnered delivery team will manoeuvre the pod into your chosen position, provided there is a clear path from the roadside. A couple of things to be aware of: the wheels cannot roll over steps higher than 25mm, and if the route passes over grass, you'll need to lay down sheets of plywood or OSB board beforehand so the wheels can roll freely without sinking.

Delivery Calculator

Enter your postcode and we'll calculate an estimated delivery cost based on road miles from our workshop in Holyhead. Please note this estimate covers delivery to your roadside only. If you'd like your pod wheeled into position on your property, an additional fee will apply — this varies depending on the distance from the roadside to your chosen spot and any obstacles along the route.
